RESPONSIBLE GAMING
GENERAL
Gambling is, first and foremost, a form of entertainment. That said, for some people it can become something harder to manage. Before placing a single bet, it's worth being clear with yourself: gambling is not a way to make money, and it's certainly not a solution to financial problems.
Keeping an eye on how much time and money you're spending is a simple habit that goes a long way. If you notice that your spending is creeping beyond what you're comfortable with, or that gambling is starting to get in the way of everyday life, there are a few practical steps available: setting Personal Limits on your account, taking a break through Self-Exclusion, or reaching out to one of the independent support organisations listed below.
PERSONAL LIMITS
Kingmaker Casino gives you the tools to stay in control. You can set limits on deposits, losses, wagers, session length, or overall account activity. To get these set up, just get in touch with the support team.
Limits can be adjusted at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away. Raising one, however, requires email confirmation and can only happen once the existing limit of the same type has expired — a small safeguard against impulsive decisions. For help or more information, contact support.
Deposit Limit Caps how much you can deposit over a day, week, or month.
Loss Limit Caps your losses over a day, week, or month. Worth noting: this is calculated against your initial deposit, not any winnings on top of it. So if you deposit €50, set a €10 loss limit, and then win €1,000, that remaining balance isn't covered by the limit — only the original €50 deposit is.
Wager Limit Puts a ceiling on the total amount you can wager over a day, week, or month.
Cooling-Off Period A temporary pause. While active, deposits are blocked and you'll be excluded from promotions — though you can still withdraw any remaining funds. The period applies to your account immediately and lifts automatically once the time is up.
Self-Exclusion Limit A more definitive step. Once set, your account is disabled for the chosen period, deposits and withdrawals are paused, and promotional offers stop. Your account reactivates automatically when the period ends.
Session Limit A cap on how long you spend gambling in one sitting. Kicks in immediately — once you hit the limit, you're logged out automatically. Can be set anywhere between 6 and 1,000,000 minutes.
SELF-EXCLUSION BY REQUEST
You can also contact the support team directly to request exclusion for a set period or indefinitely. The account will be blocked promptly and all marketing communications will stop.
If you have a remaining balance when self-excluding, you won't be able to withdraw it while the exclusion is active. Reach out to support, and the team will walk you through the withdrawal process within a reasonable timeframe.
Please be aware that self-exclusion doesn't waive any verification requirements the casino may need to process funds.
For indefinite self-exclusions, remaining funds are paid out in line with casino limits. For fixed-term exclusions, the balance is available for withdrawal once the exclusion period has ended.
EXTERNAL HELP
If you'd like to speak to someone outside the casino, the following organisations offer free, confidential support:
PROTECTION OF MINORS
Kingmaker Casino only accepts players aged 18 and over. All available measures are in place to prevent underage registration and play, and the casino reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be under the legal age, access is denied immediately.
That said, the internet is what it is. Parents and guardians are encouraged to take an active role in limiting access to gambling sites. The following tools can help:
- CyberPatrol
- GamBlock®
- Solid Oak Software
- Net Nanny
